Overview
Return Policy: In the event that you need to return a set of tracks, there will be a return freight charge in addition to a restocking fee of 20%.
Refund and Dispute Policy: Rubber Track Pros reserves the right to waive return freight and or restocking fees depending on the circumstance. We will not accept any tracks in return that have been used in any form.
Cancellation Policy: If tracks are cancelled before they are picked up at the warehouse we will issue a full refund. In the event that the tracks are in shipping, there will be a return freight charge in addition to a possible restocking fee of up to 20%.
Export Restrictions: We do not sell tracks outside of the Continental United States
